I am torn between whether Don does it himself or declares himself temporarily incapacitated and has Pence do it.

One extra step, but better chance for the pardon to survive.

I think the purges resume big time. Lots of petty scores to settle.

Defense authorization bill will be vetoed. No way he signs any Covid relief bill. What happens to the American people in the next 57 days is his payback.
